Philadelphia psychedelic doombringers RUBY THE HATCHET are one of heavy music's finest on-the-rise bands. The group will release its new album, Valley of the Snake, on February 24 via Tee Pee Records. The hotly-tipped quintet, whom NYC's L Magazine calls "Rulers of the dark", recorded the new LP at Retro City Studios in Germantown, PA.
