Moullinex - Flora 2012, Electro, Synth-pop, Disco, Germany. Real Name: Luis Clara Gomes- debut album. DJ and producer from Portugal, now based in Munich (Germany). Moulinex became Moullinex in 2009, upon signing to Gomma, to avoid legal action from the French small electrical appliances and kitchen equipment brand. He is one of the founders of Discotexas.
Munich music machine Moullinex will release his debut album ‘Flora’ October 26th on the ever trusty Gomma Records!
The Portuguese born producer left an honest and touching note on his Facebook page “i honestly can’t wait to show it to you – it’s been 2+ long years of hard work, laughs and rollercoasters and it needs to see the light of day!”.
His hard work has been on display for years with a creative flair for production with the ‘Sunflare’ and ‘Chocolat’ EPs and more recently, a blazingly cool cover of “Maniac” with Peaches!
Australians will also get a taste through November as he celebrates the release with a small tour as he visits Perth, Melbourne and Sydney.
