Лоренс Велк (англ. Lawrence Welk, 11 марта 1903 — 17 мая 1992) — американский музыкант, аккордеонист, бэнд-лидер, телеимпресарио, который с 1951 по 1982 годы вёл собственное популярное телевизионное шоу «The Lawrence Welk Show».
Родители Лоренса Велка были российскими немцами, эмигрировавшими в Америку в 1893 году.
В 1961 году Велк стал первым обладателем почётной награды «Theodore Roosevelt Rough Rider Award», присуждаемой штатом Северная Дакота прославившим свой штат северным дакотцам.
В 1994 году Велк был принят в Международный зал славы польки.
На Голливудской аллее славы у Лоренса Велка две звезды: за звукозапись по адресу 6613½ Hollywood Blvd и за телевидение по адресу 1601 Vine Street.
В 1996 году Велк занял 43 место в списке 50 величайших телезвёзд всех времён по версии американского еженедельника «TV Guide»
Сайт MTV пишет, что хотя «это может быть правдой или нет, что Лоренс Велк является самым популярным исполнителем жанра "easy listening" всех времён, но трудно придумать кого-то ещё более приметно ассоциируемого с этим жанром».

Майрон Флорен (Myron Floren, 5 ноября 1919 года - 23 июля 2005) - Американский музыкант, наиболее известный как аккордеонист на The Lawrence Welk Show.
